The Art Group meet every Saturday at The Exchange in the Chivrick Suite 11:00am until 1:00pm It is an informal gathering of people interested in painting and drawing with teaching support. Open access to all abilities covering the different techniques at a pace to suit you. Cost £7:50 per session. If you would like to discuss whether the group would suit you, you can contact Julie Brockway 01747 838580 (evenings) who is one of the teachers involved. Julie is a teacher working at Corfe Hills School and is an artist in her own right. She knew Paul well over many years and is keen to carry on what he initiated. We plan to have a group of artists and teachers and who give their support to the group on an informal rota. A range of disciplines will be covered. The object of the group is to develop skills purely for pleasure and relaxation. There is no pressure to achieve any particular standard and all are welcome.
