Ruby Slippers was formed two years ago by serious musicians who wanted to create a vehicle which would express the free-flowing and spontaneous nature of their music and they already have a strong following from a wide fan base impressed by their musicality. Vocalist Ruby (aka Rebecca Chambers) leads the band with stunning takes on classic Chicago blues material, plus more contemporary blues-based songs.
