There will be a verbal tribute to Paul by Victor followed by a talk about the History of the Blues followed by a concert.

Andy Fairweather-Low and The Low Riders

Back for a second visit with a tour to promote his new album (as yet un-named due to be released this month.
The Low Riders are Dave Bronze (bass and vocals), Paul Beavis (drums)
